| Action Foreclosure Specialties was founded by Anthony Kritz in early 2006, due to his personal friend experiencing foreclosure. After helping his friend's out of foreclosure, Anthony was moved by being able to help his friends in a time of need and shortly after, he set out to make a difference in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Anthony Kirtz is also the founder of Indian River Painting, a high-end based custom painting company, started in Ashland, Oregon in 1996. As a proud Native Blackfoot Indian living in the Rogue Valley for over 25 years Anthony has made a connection with the land and it's people. He deeply cares about local economy and the people who choose to call it their home. |
